All the products will be delivered or shipped with regular shipping boxes or bubble envelopes. There will be no sensitive words or logos on the exterior of the shipping boxes. All orders that are placed before 17:00 will be shipped or delivered on the same day. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
